Why Direct Primary Care?

Pinnacle Internal Medicine was founded by Dr. Joe Peila to provide high quality primary care to adults here in Montana.

Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a model of care in which  patients have a direct relationship with their physician and pay a monthly membership fee for primary care services with no insurance involvement. This allows for longer visits, improved access, and availability of your primary care physician. Physicians in this model can work to save patients money by finding the least expensive options for their care.

By removing the paperwork burden required by insurance companies, we have more time to treat you, as a person and a patient.
